Hi.
Always the idea of fainting scared me so today i decided to do some research on the internet about it and i found that the phobia i have is called asthenophobia.
The deffinition is fear of fainting and weakness.
I think i started worrying about it after my grand father died because of brain cancer.
One of his first simptoms was fainting.
So does anyone else has got a similar phobia and do you know if there are any ways i can improve how i feel about it?

I would imagine that the fear would exacerabte the problem and make you more likely to faint. I'd see about counselling for this problem and remember it's hardly ever going to happen in reality.
